Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has confirmed his attendance at the annual National Prayer Breakfast in the United States, following an invitation from former US President Donald Trump. Speaking to journalists in Islamabad, Bilawal emphasized that his visit is personal and not as a representative of the government. He highlighted that this practice has continued since his mother, Benazir Bhutto’s tenure.
Bilawal also mentioned the possibility of meeting friends of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto during the event. He reiterated that the PPP is not part of the federal cabinet and expressed confidence that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will complete his five-year term. Bilawal also addressed the geopolitical situation, noting the importance of inviting representatives from India and China to maintain balance in foreign relations.
